What LIA is learning next

LIA already answers, qualifies, books, and follows up. This is a front-row look at the jobs she's learning now, labelled honestly so you know what's shipping and what's still research.

Our roadmap has rules

The AI sales space is full of demos that impress and deployments that embarrass. Every capability below has to clear four bars before it reaches your account.

  1. 1

It must be a real job.

We build for tasks that already appear on a revenue team's job description, not for categories invented in a boardroom. If nobody owns the job today, we don't build the tool.

  2. 2

    It must stay grounded.

LIA answers from approved company knowledge or she escalates. That rule extends to everything new: no capability ships if it can improvise facts, prices, or promises.

  3. 3

    Humans approve what matters.

Outreach drafts, sensitive conversations, high-stakes decisions, LIA prepares, your team approves. We don't build autonomous AI that spends your reputation without asking.

  4. 4

    It must survive production.

Capabilities graduate from research to your deployment only after they hold up on real conversations, real catalogs, and real edge cases, not curated demos.

In development now

  • Signals: LIA spots buying intent before anyone messages you

    In development

    The job

Sales teams already hunt for buying signals, funding news, hiring spikes, tech changes, pricing-page revisits, manually, across a dozen tabs, usually too late.

    What LIA is learning

To watch buying intent signals from your market and your website continuously, funding rounds, hiring changes, technology shifts, pricing-page revisits, connect them to the companies and people in your pipeline, and surface a prioritized "who's leaning in right now" view, so outreach starts from evidence, not alphabetical order.

  • Mid-conversation adaptation: LIA reads the room

    In development

    The job

Good salespeople adjust in real time, when a buyer hesitates on price, goes quiet, or suddenly leans in, the pitch changes. Software never has.

    What LIA is learning

To detect signals inside a live conversation, engagement shifts, objection patterns, buying-stage cues, and adapt her approach mid-thread under a policy engine you control: which adaptations are allowed, which require a human, which are off-limits.

  • Proactive outreach: LIA drafts the first move

    Early access

    The job

The follow-up to the visitor who engaged heavily but never converted; the re-engagement of a gone-quiet lead. Every team means to do it; calendars disagree.

    What LIA is learning

To notice the moment (a returning high-intent visitor, a stalled thread), draft the outreach with full context from the conversation history and knowledge base, and queue it for your approval. Draft-then-approve, always, LIA never sends autonomously.

  • LIA Live: a face for the conversations that need one

    In development

    The job

Some sales moments want more presence than a chat widget, product walkthroughs, kickoff calls, guided demos.

    What LIA is learning

To show up as an AI avatar for real-time video conversations, the same grounded knowledge and qualification skills, delivered face-to-face, with natural idle-and-talking presence rather than uncanny puppetry.

  • AI voice agent: the same LIA, out loud

    Research

    The job

Plenty of buyers would rather talk than type, especially on mobile, especially mid-commute.

    What LIA is learning

Full voice conversations with the same grounding rules as chat: approved knowledge only, graceful escalation, every word logged to the same unified history.
